Mrs. Chaya Franklin is currently senior analyst in the Arrhythmia/Electrophysiology Lab at Columbia University/ New York Presbyterian Hospital. Formally, she was director of Special Jewish Literacy projects for Kehot Publication Society, NY, one of the largest Jewish publishing houses in the world.  

She has vast experience teaching to Jewish Women's groups, lecturing at Colleges and Universities, synagogues and retreats.  Her areas of expertise focus on Jewish women's issues, Bible studies, the mystical teachings of the Hebrew months and language.  

A graduate of Hunter College and the Teachers Institute for Women of Yeshiva University, she is completing a Masters degree in public health and policy.  She is married and lives in Brooklyn with her children and grandchildren.
