Make your own Hakhel Gathering! Well today, in America, and around the world, it is in fact observed. There are hundreds of Hakhel gatherings that have taken place this year. But since nowadays we don't have a Holy Temple, we cannot observe it as it was done in those times. But we are still able to do it, and it's up to us to unite.
