Yes, this is an entirely free program.

Please note, your credit card will not be charged if you attend the program. Due to many "no shows" in the past, a credit card is required for reservations, but will only be charged if you do not attend, or do not cancel within two days before. We hope you understand, and enjoy the festivities!

For reservations that do not show, or do not give a two day notice of cancellation , a nominal donation of $10.00 per Person will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. The charge will be made after the program.
