We make the after-blessing "Borei Nefashot" (בּוֹרֵא נְפָשׁוֹת) on all food not made from grain or the 7 fruits with which Israel was blessed. This includes anything upon which we make the fore-blessings "Ha-adamah" or "Shehakol" (fish, meat, eggs, drinks-except wine, candy) plus all fruits not included in the special fruits of the Land of Israel.
When finished your repast over the above foods, recite the blessing:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְ‑יָ אֱ‑לֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם בּוֹרֵא נְפָשׁוֹת רַבּוֹת וְחֶסְרוֹנָן עַל כֹּל מַה שֶׁבָּרָאתָ לְהַחֲיוֹת בָּהֶם נֶפֶשׁ כָּל חָי בָּרוּךְ חֵי הָעוֹלָמִים
Baruch atah ado-nai elo-hai-nu melech haolam borei nefashot rabot v’chesronan al kol ma she’barata l’hachayot bahem nefesh kol chai baruch chei ha’olamim.
Blessed are You, L-rd our G‑d, King of the universe, Creator of numerous living beings and their needs, for all the things You have created with which to sustain the soul of every living being. Blessed is He who is the Life of the worlds.

Is there are order of appearance 🤔 for the after prayers? Like which prayer does one say first? Say I have a glass of wine, a glass of grape juice, a bowl of grapes, and that's what I am eating and drinking. Why? Allergies. I've got this one thing I can eat at this meal and I won't be repeating any of these items until Shabbat. So I pray over the wine first? Or the grapes? Then for the after prayers, is the al hamichyah for the wine first and then borei nefashot for the grape juice last?
When eating grapes and drinking grape juice or wine together, recite a single Me’ein Shalosh after-blessing, mentioning Al HaGefen first (for wine/grape juice), then Al Ha’eitz (for grapes), reflecting their halachic significance and the established order in Jewish law. The same would apply to blessings before; say the blessing for wine first (covering the grape juice) and then the blessing for the grapes.
